Meet Tracy Sheen, The Digital Guide

Growing up behind the counter of her parents’ general store in Northern NSW during the 1980s, Tracy developed a strong desire to become self-employed.

But like all good stories, her journey wasn’t a straight line.

It took 30 years of working with leading Telco companies, marketing, TV & radio advertising, and events for Tracy to finally find the right time and opportunity to leap into self-employment.

In her transition from corporate life, Tracy recognised a pattern with the people she was guiding. They were all like her. People who had grown up ‘before’ technology. Typically these folks were feeling overwhelmed and unsure of where to start in the digital world.

That’s where the role of  The Digital Guide comes in.

With a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the digital landscape, Tracy is dedicated to breaking down digital barriers and making technology accessible to everyone. Her mission is to empower communities, especially those in regional and rural areas, to embrace the digital age with confidence and clarity.

Tracy’s approach is practical, straightforward, and tailored to the unique needs of each business. She believes in celebrating every milestone, providing unwavering support, and continuously learning to offer the most relevant and effective strategies to her clients.
